I did the same for the most part. I didn't do the SE compensator but I did update to a welded rotor with matching stator and had already installed the baker bearing. My tensioner looked to be OK, not the poorly made POS I have seen pictures of so it stayed.
Bringing this thread back to life for a related question:
Would the Harley dealers generally install a Baker IPB or is it only going to be independent shops that would be putting non-harley parts into a harley bike? I want to bring this up with my dealer as an option for fixing my IPB but Im curious if it is normal for them to do something like this or not.

They will, but they will not do so under warranty so you will end up paying for all of the parts AND labor. Or you could support your local garage monkey.....

If you have the 2 part bolted stator and it hasn't failed you can make sure the bolts are tight and spot weld them so they don't come loose. Good insurance and cheaper than replacing the rotor/stator combo.
