Re-installing Wheels

I took my front and rear wheels off today to take them to the Indy to have the new tires and tubes installed. For being my first time, I got them both off pretty easily (after I realized I should take off the rear brake caliper to make it easier!).

Sorry for the noob question, but when reinstalling the axles, should I just coat them with wheel bearing grease, or something else? Any other things I should look out for to make a good install? Blue loctite everything...?

Because the axials do not rotate grease is not required. Anti-sieze, on the other hand is required.
