I know I saw it on here before, but after looking for a good while now I can't seem to find it. I want to relocate the fron signals to the forks, can anyone post a link to show how it is done. I know I should have bookmarked it but I didn't. Thanks for all the help.
When I did mine I pulled the black plastic cover back from under the neck of the frame under front of gas tank to get to the wires. (manual is really needed here for wiring diagrams). Removed the wires from the connectors then took apart controls on the bars to remove the turn signals and carefully pulled the wires up through the bars. Then put controls back together. Next I mounted new turn signal mounts to forks with the turn signals and ran wire back up under the tank. I reconnected the wires to the connectors. Then push wiring back up under backbone and replaced plastic cover.
A manual will really help doing this. This is my best shot from memory. Here is a side pic of them.
did mine +1 on manual will really help. get a paper clip cut it at a 45 degree angle to get wires out of connector. then pull through bars and rerun and bout it. pop black plastic piece under neck loose will really help.
