Default T-Bars/Drag Bars

I am considering installing a set of Burly Drag Bars/T-Bars on my FXDC. I am wondering if anyone had to go to longer cables or extend their wiring harnesses for any of the T-bars with higher rise and longer pull back? Also, would some of you guys with Dynas or FXDCs mind posting some pictures of your rides with T-bars installed so that I can get a good idea of what it will look like? Thanks.

Oh yeah, and what do people think looks better, the 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" bars. I like the 1 1/4" but I am not sure if the 1 1/2" bars will look better with the fatter (49 mm) front forks.

On my Wide Glide which came with mini-apes, when i went to 8" T-bars I used 2" under stock cables, not sure if that helps you. Personally I have never had 1-1/2" bars, always 1-1/4", although I do like the fatter bars. Maybe next time I get a wild hair I will try 1-1/2". Would have to see how they look with PM controls first though.

I have 9 inch Carlini Super Sweeps, they have more pull back than most so I probally had to add more than I would of with other bars.

Clutch and Brake line worked fine. I went +2 on the Idle and throttle cables. I had to add 6 inchs to the wiring harness's.

Last weekend, I put on a set of straight 9.5" Wild 1 risers and drag bars. The bars started as 32", but I narrowed them quite a bit. All the stock cables and wires fit. There was quite a bit of extra wiring to work with, just had to pull the headlight. My only real concern is the brake line. It's not optimal, but it'll work until I can afford a new one.

Sorry, 2005 FXDX.
