Dental floss..kills two birds with one shot.

1) Removes the reflectors.
2) You can honestly answer yes when the dentist asks if you have been using floss.

I suggested dental floss in another thread (someone trying to get the reflectors out of their saddlebag latches) and got made fun of. Imagine that happening on HD Forums. So I didn't post on this thread. But it works. Just like fishing line.

Go ahead. Make fun of the dental floss. But my saddlebag latch reflectors are gone, I have chrome inserts, and it's one of the best / cheapest mods on my scoot.

Hahahaha . . . Dental floss? . . . Really? . . . roflmao!

Floss is a very good Idea and anyone that makes fun of that is probably dentaly challenged! I used fishing line - only cause I have way to much of it laying around.

Be careful, some newer bikes do not have paint or chrome under the reflectors. Cost saving measures of today.

I used Eucalyptus oil worked great, you can also use tea tree oil. Both dont harm the paint in any way, just poor a little bit behind the reflector wait a minute then slowly pull the reflector off add a bit of oil as you go.
