+1 Fishing line and WD40. Actually the fork reflectors were tougher to get off, so I used weed wacker line (wouldn't break as easy as the fishing line).
These are all good suggestions and all of them will work I'm sure. I've always used a heat gun (be careful, don't melt anything) and carefully pried up a corner then slowly pulled the reflector off. Goo-Gone or the equivalent to get rid of whatever adhesive I can't roll off.
But one work of warning here. Try hard to roll off all you can before using the GG, and then use it sparingly with light pressure. I actually succeeded in removing a little of the fork leg's clear coat before I realized it. That's never happened to me in the past but now they're using a newer black mastic and they don't mean for it to come off.
Whatever it takes, it's the best bang for the buck (zero) mod you'll ever make IMO.
Guess I'm different, but I kind of like bein seen at night, and reflectors do help. Damned cages need all the help we can give them to SEE us two wheelers imho.

I agree with glideridemike. After installing my chrome fork sliders, I put the reflectors back on (but they're from a Fat Bob, so they're black instead of silver/grey.)

And that's all cool guys, each to his own.
I guess realistically anything anyone ever posts on an internet forum should be prefaced by the phrase "in my opinion". To me, when I read a post I kinda try to factor that in.
