This is really that serious that you had to call and ream her out, after you had to look for the answer yourself on an internet forum?
Ever consider that perhaps she doesn't have the time, or interest to spend hours on the internet researching every part swap combo so that she can spend her time at work fielding calls from every Joe with a pipe dream asking if part XYZ from bike A will fit bike B, only for them to go buy it on ebay?
I hope that you were joking, but if not, my comment stands: really?
ya really he has perfect reason. its her job!!! I bought mine because I new they would fit, if I was wrong back to ebay. but for her to say no was a lie because she didn't want to take the time and find out. maybe I have a really good set of parts guys at my local dealer that have spoiled me but I think half *** service is not acceptable. I sell parts all day every day and if I acted like that I would lose my job. all she had to do is check gaskets...
