It sure has come a long way from the "Lakers" bike. I still want to add some black 16" apes to finish it off. I also have a line on some slotted six spoke wheels FOR FREE! The chrome on them is shot but I want to go black powder anyways.
Bike looks great. I am considering those same bags and would like to ask a favor, could you post a picture from directly behind the bike. Did you get both the right and the left bags and with the extra width? Are these the DL/R02BL Bags?
Thanks

watch out with how messed up the chrome is... really bad chrome can turn into very $$$$ powder work bud

Figured I would update this thread instead of starting a new one. I took off the solo bags and mounted some 70's FLH fiberglass bags. I had to make a custom mounting brackets from some barstock. If I can figure out how to post pics from my phone I will. Up next is a batwing, ditch the 21" front for a fattie, and who knows what else.

I had to fab a brace to go between the two support brackets because there was too much lateral movement in the bags. Now they are tied together like they are supposed to be. No pics of it. I'm not sure I like it and may have to come up with a better solution. Maybe after I decide what fenders to go with.
