Ok so just talked with him again and he seems to think that another shade of black wouldn't really be enough contrast to outline the letters enough to make a difference. He toyed with this previously but didnt like how it turned out i guess. So really only two options. Think I will not do any circles for now.
1. Thin silver outline around the letters.
2. Color the inside of the letters silver leaving a thin black outline.
Thoughts?? One is more subtle, Two matches the line on the tank.
If they are your only 2 options I would go option 1... the second option in my opinion would make it look like its a small HDMC decal from even a small distance. BUT its your call
i also dig the paint man, i would leave it as it is... less is more on that

What they said!
I was thinking a tear drop as opposed to a circle to flow with the tank, but I think the subtleness actually makes more of an impact.
So just met up with the painter and saw the tins in person. We washed off the pencil lines and put it in the sun and we decided that keeping it like it is looks the best. It looks awesome and just isn't captured in the shoddy iPhone pics. More pics to come in a few days....
Thanks Robbie. The rear fender has the same matching lines. I want to do the RSD Black Ops wheels too but blew my initial budget so those will have to wait unless I can find a cheap option that I like. What are you running for wheels? They look sick...very cool bike.
