So I've been dating this girl and our relationship was winding to an end then I bought a new bob which really didn't help with my lack of commitment to her. Anyways I broke up with her today and then road off on my single seat bob and I had never felt so good, anyone else ever experienced this?!?! It was the best feeling ever.

So tell me....what's her name and number?

I actually get to do that pretty regularly...I'll splain
I have been on 2 wheels since the age of 12. I have had a number of (metric) bikes in my life, but it was not in the "financial plan" to replace the one I totalled about 8 LONG years ago. She never liked bikes, I got her to go for a ride when we were in college, but that was it...never again...she hated it. HER LOSS. Through the years I have fogged up many show room windows looking, looking, looking. <<Fast Forward>> My wife and I separated about 2 years ago after being together for 18 years...the separation did not go as SHE planned...she thought it would be just like a "time out" and then I would come running back. The long and the short of it we are going through divorce. She is living in OUR house until the divorce is done.
Last August I picked up a 2005 SuperGlide Custom...the love affair began...since then I have put on about 17k. But every time I go to the house, for whatever reason (now we are going through the sale of the house) I get to ride away KNOWING she is cringing. I especially like that all of the people from the neighborhood come out to say hi when I ride up.

Ya’know guys… it depends on perspective.
Us gals have some of the same thoughts. A broken heart hurts deep, like no other. So hard to put back together and leave venerable again.
Much like Veniculum stated, but a different perspective….
Men are definitely wired different. The big man upstairs really did something right because he made it so that we absolutely can't live without them...
Look at it from a different viewpoint – try being an independent woman that rides by herself.
I try to do as much as I can on my bike by myself. Sometimes taking me a bit longer, even though daddy taught auto mechanics I was a 'girl' so he only would show me basics.
Guys don’t drool over me because I ride a Harley. Don’t often hear of a man being willing to ride b*tch now do you??
Actually they shy away and think I’m a b*tch because I am in the front, which I admit sometimes I can be as I learned to ride years ago when women in front got tons of sh*t. I learned to put up defenses. It is much more accepted today, but still run into guys that give me a bad time. Heck went to fill up on my way out of town last week and a guy walks by as I am putting gas in and says “Someone must love youâ€. I wasn’t sure I heard him right and said “Pardon?†He repeated himself. Admit a little ‘B’ came out with my response “Excuse me, but this is MY bike. No one got it for me†Left him speechless I guess as he turned around not saying a word.
My first love now is my bike as well. Maybe, someday, there will be another man in my life on a regular basis other than a riding buddy. In the mean time she gets top treatment as she gives me so much in return.

I saw a gal riding one day and noticed "he" was riding b*tch. As our eyes met she seemed to have a 'tude but started to smile as I nodded, meaning that "cool, a female rider AND he's riding b*tch.
My wife wants me to sell my FLHTI but I'm holding on to it for a guy at work who wants to buy it after his deceased grandfather's house sells and she wants to keep her Kaw Vulcan 500, a 2004 with 104 miles on it. lol

I have found I don't get as much of a bad time as I used to. Occasionally it is still around here and there. Some guys think its kewl that a woman rides.
I've had a few guys ride b* with me. Doesn't happen often, but occasionally.
In the end though guys... It doesn't work the same for us gals in attracting the opposite. LOL
