The other thread (link above) has more details but its basically a HD stinger rear wheel for a Fat Bob......6.0x18 and a 200/55-18 tire added with NOT A SINGLE MODIFICATION...........just remove your old wheel and install this one, job done!

I was in the same boat as you, right at 6 foot 3 and some change (depending on weather or not I had taken a dump yet... ) and I could not make mine anymore comfortable to ride, but I did not have any problems with the bike handling my size, just being BIG takes a toll on the back and other body parts. I traded for a Road Glide Custom, rode almost 50 miles this evening and no back pains.

6'01", 275-280 lbs. Dyna FXDX. Mid control. I love it. I upgraded the front and rear suspension cause I ride like a fool, but I don't see any problems other than looking a bit like a circus bear when you ride. But who really cares, I like kinda like a circus bear no matter what I'm doing.

Im over 5'11" and 315 (and Ive lost weight!)...so Im a barrel ***!......I have no problems with my Street Bob, just had to change out the stock seat, replaced with a C&C two up sport seat and forward controls.....dont feel like a circus bear and the bike handles great....the seat makes all of the difference in the world....seat, foot placement and bar position are what matters the most..
