Its probably your exhaust. Mine did the same thing with my screamin eagle pipes. Sometimes it sounded like crickets. Recently changed to Rineharts and it went away.

hahahaha...mine has started "chirping" as well, didn't ever notice it until a week ago when I fired it up for the first time in a few months. Sounds to me like it's coming from the rear and/or exhaust area. I may try the tooth brush cleansing but unfortunately, my wife doesn't live with me so I'll have to buy one (the "unfortunately" part of that sentence refers to having to buy a toothbrush).

Ty all for the ideas of where you found your"chirping".I went through all of them and found everything tight except for the exhaust bolts.I found 2 of them were a little loose.1 by about a full turn and the other at 1/2 turn. All tight now cleaned and ready for this weekends Cherry Blossom Festival run and the Rumble at the club in Macon GA..Have a great weekend...

My old 02 wideglide had a chirp and I changed the lifters to black ops, chirp all gone. I found the twin cam motor very noisy at times compared to my now evo.
Enjoy that ride and hang on tight.

The chirp I had was the rear brake rod off the pedal was really close to the muff.

Created some distance between the two and no problem.

Also check clamp position on the slip-on's............ make sure nothing is rubbing.
