thanks for the info and suggestions ! so if I'm not wanting to build a hot rod just better performance,an intake,pipes and a good tuner will work and will not need dyno tuned ? that is if I get a programmable tuner correct ??

Thats right not all tuners need a dyno.
Once you do your mods you could get your HD dealership to flash the ECM with thier stage 1 cal download to suit. Probably the cheapest option!
I have used the PCIII, it worked ok, I use the TTS Mastertune now and really like it. But as the other fella's said, do a bit of research, there are so many products out there now.
