rather than go for the 103 big bore with cams etc, would it be worthwhile tuning my 2011 stock wide glide?
its allready got v&h big shots, se air filter and sert.
the top end is fast enough for what i use it for, but would like more torque.
is it worthwhile having the heads tuned, and a cam kit, or is it a waste on a std motor?
as ive said, i really want more torque rather than top speed.
i know the full 103 kit will give me both, but i dont want to spend the cash if i can sort out what ive got. all input appreciated.
You don't have to but it will not be accurate. It will read faster than actual speed and you will add mileage quicker on the odometer. For some that doesn't matter.
