Cut 1/8" at a time off the supporting tab on the kickstand till you get the lean angle you desire.
+1 A bike lift is a must unless you have some very good friends willing to hold it up. I did mine with the stand attached to the bike, but if you can avoid this, it will make life so much easier. I used a die grinder at first, but the metal is pretty tough. Finally used a cut off wheel (well, maybe two or three). It's cheaper than buying a new kickstand. The only thing negative about doing this is you have to hunt a little for the hole for the tab to lock into when you park it. Some have suggested heating the stand up with a torch and bending it, but I wouldn't recommend it.
I did some searching and grinding some off the support is what I'm gonna do. Do I need to take the jiffy stand off to do this? I want to make shure I cut the right piece and do this correctly!
See above. I did it on the bike, but will be much easier off. You will see the tab and the hole it locks into on the frame, kinda a lopsided half moon looking thing. I cut about 1/4 inch, but you don't need to cut quite that much. If you have a good compressor and grinder, just grind it down a little at a time til ya get it where you want it.
Just cut a few MM off the tab on the jiffy stand. This mod was super easy! The bike sits alot better. I ground a little off the piece on the frame that the jiffy stand rests on. I think I am going to grind a little more off this piece since I would be happy if my bike leaned a little further over. Thanks for all the help.
