So does mine. My daughter likes it, too. I like the Touring seat better than the Sundowner. Sundowner felt higher and more forward than stock Super Glide solo seat, Touring seat felt like the same position. Tested a Mustang Vintage Wide and didn't care for the shape at all. If there's a bike rally near you, you might get lucky to find Mustang there with a booth, like I did.
I've notched rigid sideplates for my bike and use thin plastic cutting sheets when I take the backrest on and off, to protect the fender, although I didn't take it off at all last season - daughter really likes riding with us. Mrs. Grind has her own bike (something to consider ).
