I think that I am going to try adding the custom dynamic LED's to the turns and seeing if I can get that to work. I will let everyone know once I get the bike back from paint.

I'm running Custom Dynamics LEDs front and rear. Including the bulbs inside the Model A brake light. Couldn't be happier. I'm brighter 'n hell in all directions and I'll never have to change another bulb for the life of the bike. I bought the Custom Dynamics run/turn/brake module, rather than the H-D brand. They're a great company to work with and make great quality stuff.

If you turn sigs have three wires running to them then you should be able to covert them to STT (Stop/Turn?Tail) lights, the only thing you might need to get is the red lenses, maybe new bulbs and maybe the STT module used in the Chopped Fender kit. If you can get the dealer to pull up the parts list for the chopped fender kit you should be able to find everything you need to do this. As far as the tag relocation all you need to do its tap into the "run light" line (orange with white strip wire) and the ground (black wire), these will supply constent power to the plate light. The first thing I suggest to you is to pick up the service manual and in the back the is a schimatic of all the rear light setups on all the dyna models. It's just a matter of tracing the wires back to a common point and working your way back to how you want it. Good luck!
