Those Badgcustoms bags look really nice! I wish I could afford them, but I can't. But I wonder if I can adapt the fender strut mounting technique to my old, hand-me-down throwover bags? What could I use for securing straps?

Those a great looking bags. I just may have to get a pair. I have the Rigid Solo Rack as well, could be my answer to Street Bob packing.

Rims are staying black and I still need to do my rear spokes white. Eventually, I'll get some mags.

I just ordered left and right 01's from Greg yesterday. Quick release buckles and extra width. I held off as long as I could, these just fit the bill perfectly. I like the look better than the Garage Leathers bags and the price is unbeatable.

Those are the exact bags I want as well... I had some dough set aside for them but the tax man hit me for 1150 last night...Ouch..

Hey Punchsmack are those the Plus 1 inch width or standard width?? They look great, congrats.

I got the standard size. Sorry to hear about the tax man.

I had a tough time making that extra width decision. The bump in price wasn't that bad and I'm sure they'd still have the same low profile look, but I promised the wife I was only going to spend X....so I spent X.

Plus, my "detachable trunk + back rest + rigid rack mod" will provide the extra space I'm looking for anyway.

I bought them from Greg over at http://www.badgcustoms.com/solo-bags.html. I got the DL01BL & DR01BL models with the quick release buckles. Since I'm doing a Black & White bike, Greg did my bags with White thread. I think it looks great.

I put them on last night and went to the Fruit and Veggie stand (I'm on this juice diet, long story...). Anyway, I put the picture of what I bought to illustrate how much I was able to fit in both bags. And I could have probably fit in a few more items. There are a few pictures of them loaded up too.

Good price, great service, FAST build, FAST shipping, very easy install, and I think these are the bags that look the best on a Street Bob.
They look nice. If I didn't have bolt on bags I'd probably get some too.
