I have a 1997 Dyna glide, today I layed er down in the backyard by accident(No damage) but when I got back on the throttle is completely disconnected from the cables, is this some sort of safety device? How do I reset the cables or how do I fix it Please let me know

Take off the rs grip and see if any damage occured to the throttle tube. I would replace the throttle cables if there is any sighn of damage.

 

yep, sounds like the pull cable disconnected or broke

 

Could be as simple as the connection popping off, or as Boxjoint said you could have snapped the cable off.

 

I would suggest buying a manual for your scoot. will come in handy for you on situations that are obviously mechanical. he said saftey.... jus kiddin ' man..

 

thanks guys , i was hoping this was a simple fix , i guess i will take it apart this morning and see if there is anything obviuos
