I have a 2011 Wide Glide with the factory 3 5/8" speedo. I want to install HD's new 5" combo speedo / tach. Does anybody know if I can change to console to accomodate the 5" gauge? What parts do I need and are they HD parts or 3rd party?

Honestly dude I would just do a nicce dakota digital gauge with a speedo and tach. I had the HD 5 inch gauge on my Fat Bob and I went to the Dakota its a super nice gauge bro and you wouldnt have to modify your console.
To your question you can put any console on your bike you want but your tank looks good with your console bro if you use a Fat Bob console its gonna be alot bigger then yours now you can try fitting in a Road King console.. But its just not worth it to use that HD gauge I am guessing you just want to have a tach aswell right?? Dude look into Dakota here is a link for it
Sorry, I can't answer your question.
Have you looked at the Dakota Digital? I like the HD combos but if I were to change I think this one would be my choice.
Here is the link for the new WG direct replacement. http://www.dakotadigital.com/index.c...rod/prd684.htm
