So, we had a bit of an issue because you have to fit the rotor and compensator assy before the inner primary but we got a bit carried away before dinnerand did it in the wrong order.
Once fed and watered we were a bit more mellow and took our time. While the boy tightened the front motor mount I assembled the injectors into the manifold, this requires that you use your old fuel pipe.

OMG that is a huge intake!!!

Inlet valve on rear pot

"Special Tool" for tightening manifold studs

In use

New compensator assy, its way beefier than standard

Throttle body goes in...its was a very tight fit in the gasket

You reuse your old oil pressure switch

Throttle cables etc are hooked up

Special tool for realigning head steady :-)

Air cleaner backplate pulls the throttle body fully into the manifold rubber

Now that is a big as air filter!!!

Too excited to fit the exhaust heat shields before firing her up

Started first pop and idled perfectly, like it had been in there for years....this was a really easy job to do and it took about 5 hours...gonna do a quick road test tomorrow before booking it for a dyno, customer coming on monday to tell me what pipes he wants to use.....it is freaking loud, when I started it the neighbours thought armageddon had arrived.....I just wanted to have the bike's babies...its totally badass ;-)

Hopefully get it set up with a runnng-in map by the weekend and then its showtime!!!
Then I trailered it to the H-D dealer in Auckland for a dyno set up at running in speeds....3,500 RPM with a bit of overlap.
It runs sweet as now and I rode it back from the dealer and scared the ***** outta myself....its really nice to ride, feels torquey and beefy, is not too intractable about town and goes like a cut cat when you crank it....I scared myself a few times, once when the lights changed to green as I approached them and I cranked it in 2nd and nearly went off the back.
Its definitely not a bike to ride when not completely sober or you will likely die.
Gotta put 2k kms on it for the owner and then its back for a proper dyno run and I will post the numbers and printout when that has been done.
All in all, at this point in time I would say it is the only motor upgrade worth bothering with, the 103 seems like a moped in comparison!
I don't usually approve of tuning Harleys...even though I do heaps of them.....but this......this is the real deal........
