Windshield or not
I have a 99' wideglide. The front end seems unstable at speeds over 60mph. I am considering adding a windshield but I don't care for the look
but if it will stablize the front at speeds I will go there. Most of my group I ride with all have dressers and I am always the last one anywhere as they all ride 70 + and I feel like the front is going out from me. Any ideas before I blow a few hundered on somthing that may or not work?

I think that's somewhat normal. The front ends are rather light compared to the middle and back. I occasionally get that feeling too.
A windshield will for sure help your body get less fatigued and probably allow you to keep up. I just put one on my Bob and best money I spent on it, bar none.

I have HD's 18" w/s (58387-06) on my '11 Wide Glide (swore I never would) and it stays on the bike 90% of the time. I do a lot of highway driving and cruise at 75/80 comfortably. It stabilizes the front end considerably at speed too (one handed kind of stable). If you do buy one, buy a full size detachable to give you the most coverage IMO.

as is the case with many such additions/mods, you likely won't know until you try it. ditto on the detachable, if you do. good luck...

If you bought your bike to look cool, don't add a windshield. It'll work for 35 mph runs to pose at your local bike night. You can post on here about how real bikers don't use windshields, and then go back home and polish your 'sick' ride some more.
If you bought it to ride, and you're on it all the time, and cover a lot of highway miles, get the windshield. It'll save you from fatigue, bugs, gravel, and make your life better.
No idea if it'll stabilize your front end.

I bought the HD compact detachable for my 2010 Super Glide. It still gives a fair amount of riding in the wind feel but it relieves the pressure from my chest so I don't need a death grip to hang on at high speeds anymore. Maybe having more relaxed arms makes for steadier front end. I think that a lot of people who complain about buffeting from HD windshields wear non-fullface helmets. I get some minor buffeting but not enough to be troublesome for me (I wear a fullface).
It's just the feeling. At 65mph the gyro effect of that weight spinning is unreal and there is nothing you could do to screw up or turn the bars. For the people that grew up on dirt (20+ years) 65 on the road gives them that I want to go to sleep feeling. ( No offense, you may have grown up on knobbies) Btw, I would rather have a steering stabilizer than a windshield for the money if that was my complaint. That is what they were designed for.
