do you know what the seat height is now? Looks like you got it down some. Great idea to use off the shelf V-rod parts to make it happin. That was my first question, where the hell did he get that belt, ha. Thanks for sharing your project.

new to the site. I was looking to extend the swingarm on my 03 dyna fxdp not quite sure how much i can go in length, i still want to use a belt not a chain. if anyone could answer some questions i have that would be great.

i think it looks b.a. but i also think u just took all the rideability out of the bike. i would raise the *** a few inches.

I think it's cool and I admire the guts it takes to break outside of the norm for a custom look..

Looks like you are going to have to ride it around a bit to get an idea of what to do with the ride height and suspension dialed...

You have to admit, the drop seat idea is very tempting, you will likely wind up there in the end...
