Follow the rehab and make sure you get what is coming to you.

I went down the other day for the first time in a long time... small drop at about 5mph .. came up to a small creek crossing on a backroad and the frontend washed out on the algae crap that had formed... Didn't enve think about that...

+1 Since there are very few criminal laws that protect us I certainly hope you find a good attorney and sue the pants off the kid who hit you.
