Being that I am a first time rider and just got my new bike (2011 Street Bob) about 10 days ago I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your bike. However, Thank God you are alive and well. Well maybe you aren't feeling to well about the situation man, but like the other brothers have said you can always replace the bike.

Well, if you're gonna get hit by a car, that's probably the best option next to one of those ridiculous smart cars. Glad you're ok. Take it as an opportunity to buy the totaled bike back from the Insurance Co. and do something cool with it as a rebuild...maybe add some gun turrets while you're at it to defend against the mini coopers.

I just read today that they are starting a program nation wide to reward kids for not texting when driving. (Speaking of not paying attention). apparently so many kids are having accidents because of this there is a program starting to reward kids with free pizza and so forth for not texting. I get the idea but how bout just pulling there license for two years while they are in high school or college and I bet it will stop. The reason I am posting this is because I wonder how many men and ladies on bikes are taken out daily by these idiots and there phones/cars. Pull over before you text or call!!
