Default Lost tailight wires protector

So I dont know why I decided to look into my rear fender and realised that all my wires where naked, I've putted some plastic wires protectors and repassed the wires in the dents made for them, secured everything with ductape ... temporarly.

So What should I put there ?
Definitively not buying another cap , if they sell them anyway.

3/8 pvc cut to length and put into the clips that hold the wires then a little jb weld worked well for me, but i cut off the plugs and re wired for new tail tag and blinker lights. i had bottomed out the bike before and destroyed the whole loom of wires.

Not sure if you are talking about the entire wire run under the fender or just in the tail light area. HD makes a decent stick on "conduit" thing that came on my bike that runs near top centerline from front to rear. My WCC Jesse James fender came with two 3/8" metal tubes on right and left top side for running wires.

You could clean up the under fender, slit some PVC or tygon tube or use shrink tube to run the run the wires through and use hot glue, JB, existing tabs or whatever seems best.

Removing and replacing that rear fender isn't as difficult as it might look. Just slide some dowels or 1/4 to 5/6" bolts through the strut holes to aid you in removal and realignment of the fender. The entire rear harness unplugs quickly from under the seat. A lathe or shim placed crosswise between the tire and fender also help me, but if you don't have the clearance, maybe a 2x4 on top of the tire will help to keep the fender in place while removing and reinstalling. It's a simple job and way easier than doing this work with the fender still mounted on the bike.

Try searching Ronnie's HD. My replacement rear harness came with the rubber factory stick-on conduit. It might be available separately, though as part #70540-02 for about $8 plus $12 S&H from Ronnie's.
