changing the speedo lighting color
tonight while riding home, thinking about how much i wish they made that fancy *** speedo/tach for pre-09 models, i decided i hate the drab *** yellowish speedo backlighting and want to change it.
anyone know if this is possible?
if so, what does it entail?

of course it's LED's. pain in the ***.
is the dakota the only aftermarket version you know of?
i like all the features but the layout is ugly as hell. looks like my alarm clock from 1991.
might have to email dr vtwin and see what his prices are like then wait till winter and mail it off.

Send us your speedo and we can do it for you. $85 with return shipping. Give the shop a call and talk to Al. I had mine done red and it looks great. I did the background too. the background is actually white and ratfink is green but the LEDS are so bright you can't see those colors in the pics.
