Dash swap
Does anyone know if you can swap a crossbones dash with a fat bob dash. In other words, are the tanks the same? I'm looking for a black dash for my fat bob and would like to avoid down time. I can always powder coat in the winter but I may store my bike at the dealer for the winter so it could be logistically hard to take parts off for powder coating.

They are not the same tank, but it appears you might be able to swap them if you can make a mount bracket, are the speedo's the same size?
You would really need to look at them with the dash off to know for sure, unless someone has done this swap already.
I would think a small bar to convert from a 2 hole to 1 hole mount would be easy to fabricate.
