Does anyone have the C&C solo seat on there Bob and run the 7" Luggage rack or any aftermarket solo seats fore that matter? It says on there web sight it wont fit with the Corbin seat.I spoke to Charlene the sales rep form Motherwell and she was not sure about other seats other than the stock Bob seat. She said the luggage rack plugs in to were the pillon seat would of gone and some seats cover that hole or not give the 7' rack enough clearence.I don't care much for the stock seat I am looking for options.I see quiet a few members with the racks just curious what seats would wrk .thx in advance
The C&C seat,Mustang and about all the seats except the Corbin will work.I've got one of each.
The rack for a roadking will work on the Corbin with a little modification. The Corbin seat extends a good bit farther back than the other seats which covers up the front mount for the regular motherwell racks.

RE: MOTHERWELL LUGGAGE RACK ???
I have the 7 inch Motherwell rack in flat black. It fits fine with the solo seat. I believe it's just the Corbin you'll have to do a little mods to make it work.
Uhh,which one? Think the small one behind the C&C is a six inch and the heavier one behind the Mustang is seven inch. Don't remember on the one behind the Corbin.
I reckon the Corbin is my favorite,it lets me sit a little farther back and I've got a pillion pad to match. Until I got used to it or it broke in,one of the other,it was way way firm but I like it now. The Mustang is very comfortable also and looks good. I'm not very tall but for some reason I found myself scooting back on top of the rear of the seat all the time.
The C&C seat is sharp looking but just a barhopper and it's way too wide at the front for me,it would probably be ok if you ran mid controls, but with my legs extended it cuts into my thighs.
I actually think the stock seat is very comfortable, too bad it has the grace and beauty of a swaybacked mule.
