THE NOISE COPS--help!
The noise cops are getting aggressive here in Canada- Friend just received a 600.00 ticket - no payment required if factory exhaust is installed within 15 days...The cops in Calgary, Alberta are taking possession of a machine similar to photo radar, but is a photo decible reader machine...
That said, I have the following on my superglide--

What do I replace it with if and when I get caught? Does HD have a decent exhaust to work with my stage 1 set up?

Same thing on my side of Canada in Gatineau Quebec they have the decibel machine and are checking a lot of bike. When I bought my Wide glide in May I ask the dealer what exhaust I could use that would not trigger the noise cops and they sold me a pair of Screaming eagle performance slip on sound good just enough bass. Not sure about your Stage 1 maybe ask the dealer if it’s a good fit.

As Iceman stated call V&H see if there is a quiet baffle (which I have the same pipes and I believe there is). Man I am glad I don't live in Canada only time you would get a noise ticket around here is if someone complained and or accessively reving or excelerating near a pplice officer. Good luck

The quiet baffles on my V&H Sideshots didn't do too much for the db's, they helped a little but nothing like the Supermeg.
