They did a great job for me when the bike was stock. Decel popping started when I added slip ons. Went ahead and added a tuner and AC.

If your bike is going to stay stock, stop worrying about it, it will last just fine as the MoCo built it.
The only real advantage to the remap for a stock bike will be an increase in the RPM limiter from 5800 to 6200, at least that is the way it works on older EFI bikes, not sure about the new ones.

Thanks for all the info guys!

I should tell you why I ask this question............I traded in my 2007 Road King for the new bike and I had a nightmare of a time with the Stage One on it. PCIII, SE air box, Rinehart slipons..........ran like crap! Three different mechanics, one "indy", one lifelong race engine builder, and a dealership. Spit, backfired, missed. Probably $2,000 in labor fees, dyno runs, etc. trying to sort it out. Never did run right, so I'm leery of taking my perfectly fine running stock bike, and getting into that mess again.

I like you was happy with the stock mufflers until I heard the service guy drive it away on the test ride after he serviced it. Couldn't hear it.

I put a pair of Rush Slip ons on and never looked back. I love the sound and it seems to run better which part of is I think I can hear the bike better now and am in the right gears. Best $350 bucks I spent on it so far.

Then leave it alone and enjoy riding. Oh and I would not use any of those mechanics again if they charged you for not actually fixing it.

You do need to cool it down with more fuel. Try try XEID's, you won't be sorry. You won't have to worry about adjusting anything or running dyno's, you'll just be able to enjoy it...

No thats the pic right after I got it. It's dark here now but I'll take a picture tomorrow and put it up for you. It really sounds nice. Not obnoxious but you can hear it coming down the road now. I'll get a pic up tomorrow. I guess they are a pretty popular slip on. I did nothing other than that.
