changed bars..... and death wobble!

sorry 4 the delay. just got back from vacation....
so when i am decel from lets say 65mph. when the bike gets to 50 mph the handle bars shake severely from left to right. "i guess head shake" is better description. i dont know how to check myself the spokes,hubs,or neck bearings. i wish i did
ok bar install.
i removed the top clamps for risers. took old bars off and replaced with new bars. installed hand controls and that was it. no major surgery there.

Check all torque specs... if you over tightened anything, you will get a lot of vibration. Sounds like the handlebar clamps are too tight, did you torque them to 12-16 ft-lbs ? If you did more, they will vibrate a lot and cause a lot of shaking.. at least that's what mine did when I over torqued a bit (but no death wobble)
