need head and cam combo
I have an 07 FXDWG 96ci. I'm looking to make some good power low to mid range. The bike only has 7000 miles on it so it's hard for me to justify doing a big bore when the top end is still fresh. I would however, like to have the heads worked or pick up a set of se110 heads and a matching cam. Am I wrong should I go with a 103 or can I make good power by having me current heads done up and a good set of cams?

Let me clear myself up here, I would like to know if I can make good power without doing a bigbore kit. Like just doing the heads cams etc. I have v&h big radius, intake, fuel pack for now. But I want mooooore oomph!! Could I run se110 heads and andrews cams? any combos on them?

Here's what you need to do. Forget the 110 heads. Talk to a reputable builder and tell him what you want from a build. He will then recommend a cam and then port your heads and set the compression to match the cam you choose. There is no replacement for displacement so keep that in mind. Once you decide to do this, the fuel pack you have now won't work very well. You'll need an upgraded fuel management system. There are several to choose from but choose wisely.
