Default fxdx detachable backrest question

I have a 1999 fxdx I am going to put a detachable backrest on but my turn signals are relocated to the tag bracket. I want to move them back to the struts so my question is- does the hardware kit have hollow rear bolts with threaded ends to mount the turn signals back on the struts? thanks in advance for any help.

Yes, the hardware kit should include hollow rear bolts so you can run the wires and mount the directionals.

I found that the directionals stuck out pretty far though, so I eventually did the opposite of what you're doing and moved them to the license plate bracket.
