my wife has got a 05 dyna low rider, and amongst other things, I am going to change the bars for her, she is nearly ok with the standard lowrider bars but with the foward controls she tends to stretch to reach them, I have looked at hd streetslammer bars and they look a little higher and a bit closer to the rider, has anybody got them on a dyna and if so is that the case ? next question - I am going to paint the bike for her, and she is talking about a bobtail rear fender, any veiws on this, do they look cool or do I stick with the standard rear fender, mind you its her bike and choice, I could always paint both and let her choose.

The street slammer bars are comfortable. There is some pull back to them.

 

I like the bob tail, but that's obvious.

 

The Slammers are great did you loook at the WildOne 501's??

 

I put the Bobtail fender kit on my 05 Dyna SuperGlide

I think it looks better than the stock fender...I also like the luggage rack setup better on the bobtail
