How deep can I go.

How deep can I go.
Today on the way to work I rounded the corner only to find I'm in one foot of rising rushing water across the road.
I steer straight and ride the wake as it pours from each side directly onto my lap.
I got through. It was at least a foot deep by 75 feet long.
The bike did great without a skip.
I'm going to check the tranny for milk. My old triumph would of turned to milk in that depth of water, which I did with it in the state forest years ago.
I hate when it doesn't look that deep.
I'm glad I had raised the bike 3/4 of an inch.
Where is the vent for the gear box?
