Decel popping
Gamma,
Popping can be very difficult to completely get rid of.
I have an 05, SEII, SE air cleaner, download, powercommander.
Had it dynoed.
still slight pop every now and then.
I think the dyno guy just dumped tons more fuel in at very low rpm.
As a previous post mentioned - instead of completely backling off the throttle, leave it open a crack, popping pretty much goes away.

Quite frankly, I doubt you will ever get rid of all decel popping with a V-twin engine if you are riding ard and down shifting to slow the bike down.
If you ever get the fuel mixture very far out either way (rich or lean), you will experience backfiring from the exhaust........ then you know you are out of specs.
My Dyna was running way lean and I rarely had any popping at all, but the pipes sure got plenty hot.
Ocassional popping seems to be related to ambient air temps on my bike, which makes sense on an air-cooled engine.

i also went with the Cobra Fi2000 after pitch from the Bassani guys. I've got a lot of popping at deceleration. I realize that you're supposed to adjust it to fit your bike and mods, but I notice a difference if I adjust any **** .5 of a turn. I ride a street bob with a "mali-air" high performance air filter and Bassani 2-1 pro streets and have it set at 3.5, 5.5, and 6.5. I bought the pipes and Cobra from Bassani East and they recommended 3, 5, 6. I've still got popping.....any body else?

I run the PCIII with absolutely no problems to date. The bike runs great, seems that it wouldn't pop even if I try. The PCIII had a few things going for it over the competition in my opinion. 1st is the price. 2nd is the ease of installation and tuning. 3rd is the ability to go back to stock in a matter of minutes. 4th is the fact that my local stealer was very anti-power commander and very pro-SERT. Imagine that!! 5th is the fact that it has gotten so many good reviews and so few negative ones. 6th is the fact that is eliminates the O2 sensors. Yes that's right, I wanted to! If I wasn't happy with it I would most certainly speak up, but I am 100% satisfied with it up to this point.

I never thought it was a great idea to eliminate the 02 sensors, but since mine have failed already I am becoming more and more inclined to get rid of them, after the warranty is up.
When the 02 sensors are working, and you run on the dyno, the air/fuel ratio stays nearly straight through the RPM range with the TFI.
