Not really sure where to post this so i figured i couldn't go to wrong by posting it in here. Any ways i have a 06 street bob with a stage one kit on it. The bike has sat for about 2 months while it was getting painted so i had the tank and fenders off. When i finally got the parts back the bike would start then die after about three seconds. After about 20 attempts and 2 days of messing with it the bike will now idle. When i get to about half way on the throttle (in neutral and while riding it) the bike will cut out. it doesn't die it just seems to cut the gas and spit and sputter then pick back up after i get off the throttle. Only thing I've done to it is put new plugs in it. Any one have any ideas what i need to fix?
Possible injector problem. Atleast that is what was wrong with mine and ut ended up needing a wire repaired on the main harness atleast that's what stealer told me fatter having it for 3 weeks.
Don't think it's a pinched tube cause I blew on it thinking that it may be clogged or something and I was able to get air through it. Yes I did put the bike back together but I gave them the tank as a whole didn't take it apart minus the gauges on top. But I may check out the fuel pump and see if it's connected properly. Any thing I should be looking for in particular?
i just went out to check the codes and here is what it threw out
P0563 battery voltage high
P1353 front cylinder no combustion
P1356 Rear cylinder no combustion
could this be a bad crankshaft position sensor? or a bad ignition coil? im pretty much lost now and really dont want to take it to the dealership.

Well the start of the electronic system is the Crank-postion sensor, although they either work or don't work. Coil is same way, either it works or not. Could it very possibly be as simple as rechecking all your grounds (after all you disassembled it and had it repainted), just a thought. If not, you may have caused damage to the ECM by a possible spark back at it in reassembly (although not likely, but stranger things have been known to happen).
