One of my buddies asked me to help him change his three main fluids but I don't know the correct levels for a Dyna. He has an 07 Super Glide that is gray in color with the light gray engine. Are these amounts correct?
Oil Capacity (w/filter) 3.0 qts. (2.8 L)
Transmission Capacity 1.0 qts. (.95 L)
Primary Chain Case Capacity 1.0 qts. (.95 L)
Three drain plug gaskets
derby cover gasket
Does this sound correct and if not could I get some help please, Thanks!
I have an 07 Street Bob. The manual says it takes 2.5qts for an oil change (only use 3 if the engine is completely dry like after a rebuild or something). You also need an O ring for the plug (could reuse it if it isn't damaged but they are cheap)
Primary takes 1 quart and you need a rubber O ring for the plug and a derby cover gasket (I have used the same derby gasket 3 times with no problems)
Transmission takes 1 quart and an O ring for the plug.
Oh yea, my bike is pewter silver with a black engine if that matters
Thanks, the only reason I mentioned the color and engine color was in case it was not the correct model. Hopefully most dyna's are the same and these will be the correct levels, checking the levels isn't a big deal but I just need him to bring the right amount before I start.
Thanks Brother, I'll let him know what to pick up before he comes over.

Oil for the engine - transmission fluid for the tranny and the primary.
FYI you don't have to have a service manual. There's pretty detailed info on fluid changes in the basic owner's manual (including drain plug locations)
Thanks to everyone. He doesn't have the owners manual, guess I should have titled the thread correctly but I couldn't think of the right name while typing.
He is grabbing amsoil 20-50 for the engine, Redline trans fluid with shock proof for his tranmission and the redline primary fluid for his primary. These were off my recommendations from what I use and they work great for me.
I'm already tracking with were the plugs are located just needed to know the correct amounts because I knew they would be less than my Street Glide.
Thanks to the fast replies and helpfull little bits brothers.
