Yup, 4... 2 for the bolts that hold the bar on and 2 more to feed the wires through. It sounds daunting but its well worth the effort... I'm a complete wrench-noob and managed it with the help of a buddy and a pep-talk from JaronB!

Here's a little write up

I'm not drilling holes, I saw a relocation kit in the kury book for like $40 earlier that puts the stock blinkers beside the tail light.i think that'll be the way to go for me.

Keven, this is what I used to relocate my turn signals:

It replaces the stock license plate bracket and uses the stock turn signals and nacelles.

I don't have the part number, but I believe it cost about $90. I got it from Easy Brackets. They have an installation video here:

oh, ya beat me to the punch. I used the same product on my 2000 FXDX. Great company to work with.

Mine is in black. You can get either chrome or black. Since mine year had classic bullets I bought standard bullets and standoffs in black from a newer year. Easy bolt on and no extra holes. Wiring uses one of the 3 license plate holder holes.

There's a few people on here done this first, some good write ups to be found!
I don't suppose you took any photos while installing that did you? What needs to be done to fit that?

+on the touring bar. It's not bad drilling and looks a hell of a lot better then those relocate kits IMO. Here's my write up!
