That is a good question. There are brackets made for throw overs. The ones I have seen don't look to good. Your set will allow easy brackets or ghost brackets. Pictures I have seen on this site look good. This set up probably will require moving turn signals. No big deal.
Just throwing bags over your fender or sissy seat may cause rubbing of the bags on the brake rotor and the belt guard.

i got a set of ghost brackets on my '06 WG. work great, but i have non-detachable sissy bar and luggage rack.
