Like when I purchased my XL1200C and started to really chrome it out. I didn't care what anyone thought I thought it was a beauty.
Now with my streetbob I don't care about all that chrome cause I like to keep it clean and less chrome means more time for myself.
I love the mix I have of half and half and I still don't care what people think.

i was painting my motors and jugs black long before you bought them that way, i did buy a flat black St, bob i couldnt wait any longer for a gloss black one.. every new new bike i bougt was black , until this one.. i like chrome, i dont care ya dont, up to you.. BUT TALL SHOCKS????

I agree, I have only owned to bike and they have both been Vivid Black! The way I see it is no matter what fad passes by, Black is always in and that's the way I like it! Henry Ford had it right over a hundred years ago when he was painting all the model-T's black.
