I did not get the security option on my 2011 Street Bob and am considering adding it.
Does this include a motion sensor or is it just an ignition kill?
Also, anyone know the difference between 68207-07 and 68207-07A?
Thanks,
Dan
I had the dealer install the security system on my new FLD. It does, in fact, include the motion sensor. The -07A just means it's the updated version of the -07.
I just did a switch from a TSSM to a TSM to eliminate the security features. It required a marrying of the new TSM to the bike, it also works the other way to go from a TSM to a TSSM. No dealer involvement is required.
Just do a Google search (mine was Yahoo) and try just "TSM/TSSM to bike" or "Marrying new TSM/TSSM to bike", "Harley TSM to TSSM" or whatever.
The whole process takes 30 minutes, but it's mostly waiting 10 minutes between turning off and on your ignition at the precise time.
I did the switch tonight from a TSSM to a TSM and finally no longer need the fob to start my bike.
