Good idea with the straight edge, thanks. Probably only good if something was really bad, but will give that a try. Don't have a dial indicator, along with all sorts of other stuff that's on the wish list.
Interesting comment about the wheel spacers. I see in the manual that they are definitely listed left and right but it doesn't give any way to tell them apart. Any advice there?
Starting to think that the easy answer is try to see if I can figure out if they're warped but will likely settle for a new set of pads and see if that fixes, thanks for everything.

I went to my parts guy at the dealer for help. I have the custom chrome spacers on it and, he was able to pull-up the specs. for them. I mesured them with a vernier caliper and, bigger than Do-do I had put them on reversed.
"Chrome front wheel spacer kit" Kit Number 41409-06. Fits all 2006 and later Dyna model motorcycles, except Dyna wide Glide.
Front wheel spacer, 0.717 in. (18.2 mm) thick (right side)
Front wheel spacer, 0.814 in. (20.7 mm) thick (left side)
Best wishes Tim (HT)

Tim, thank you.
I will definitely check this as I am replacing the front tire this week. when I pull the wheel to have the new tire mounted and balanced, will measure the spacers.
