Default Rush Full System - Short

Hey All -

Thanks for all the information. Have read lots from all of you here. First post.

Just put a set of Rush's Full System - Shorts in black on my SB. They look, sound, and run GREAT.

Install was easy - great instructions. Love how the black ceramic is 'burning in' causing a little smoke.

Sorry for low grade pic... dumb phone camera was all I had at the moment.

How about a sound byte? What baffles did you get? Do you notice the pipes are cooler?

I also recently put a set of Rush short full system pipes on my 99 Softail Standard. Added a big sucker stage 1 and jetted my carb to a #48 pilot jet and the bike is running great. I did all the work myself including the carb jetting. I was a bit nervous about working on the carb but the job was actually quite easy. After removing the air cleaner I was able to remove the carb bowl and the pilot jet without removing the carb from the bike.
