Yup, Dealer time. You shouldn't have to do any adjustnments with a brand new bike.
I found the steering bearing loose on my bike when it only had 500 miles.
I bought the book and do all my own service.
A spoke torque wrench is a nice item to have.
I found the front spokes to loosen up a couple times already but the rear stays tight.
Cold weather brings down the air pressure.

I had the same problem. Hard to tell exactly what may be causing it. Tire pressure, tire wear pattern, loose steering neck tension or bad bearings can be the problem. I checked everything. Turns out that my wheel bearings may have been the problem.

H-D is using a very cheap wheel bearings from china or czech or other places. Ive read of others having such problems too. You can take your bike back to the dealer, as you probably should with such a new bike. However, if they end up changing your wheel bearings you will simply get the same cheap bearings as fitted by the factory.

A very popular bearing is offered by Timken, part # 205PP

Other quality manufacturers offer versions as well.

I changed mine (had to buy a bearing removal tool) and the bike is totally stable now. I bought a pair of the Timkens for both front and rear.
