Dude I love your Ohlins shocks you mind letting me know how much that set ya back?I also like that clean AC cover you got I wouldn't mind a bit more info on that as well, thanks.
here's a couple more clearance ideas for you; First make sure your forks are slid down in the triples as far as they can go, I just looked at mine and see I could get another 1/4 inch if I need it.Also you can cut some off of your foot pegs I have heard of people taking as much as an inch off, obviosly you'll need to cut the rubber to match but it can be done.Last but not least bigger tires can give you more clearance, even if you just get a size wider the fact that they will be pinched in will make them taller I think you might get away with 1 size taller and wider front and back.Good luck.
I checked out the local dealer today. Turns out my airfoil pegs were the standard size and there is a small size that is about 1/4 inch shorter. I have installed those and will try them out tomorrow (glad I took the day off!).
The parts guy also suggested the pegs on the sporty low, which are more like a sportbike peg with a feeler, if these don't do the job.
My father has also volunteered to make a more appropriate "S" shaped extension...I try not to burden him with such things, but I may take him up on that, too.
I have the Ohlins shocks. As you can see my bike shows a lot of rear tire, but it does set down about an inche when I sit on it. I very seldom scrape a peg with this much clearance .......
Those Ohlins look real nice. Do you have any more shots of your bike showing it's stance? Is the steering quicker with the back end lifted? Will the pegs grind before the pipe on right hand turns?
While we are on the subject of clearance. Does anyone have a picture of a high clearence exhaust they have put together?
I made my pipes because the stock mufflers would actually lift the rear of the bike when put over really fast. They help, but I kinda want to put a high clearence 2 into 1 into a supertrapp. I guess it is time to get some 1 3/4 tubing....lol.

When I set my 200 lb on the bike it sits pretty much like a stock bike because the Ohlins actually work! I don't notice any change in the steering. I only touch pegs, never the pipe.........sorry I don't have better pics.
