I think they would last as long as the powdercoated. I ride with no gloves (calused hands rubbing on them) and they seem to be holding up well. With you shipping them out to me ($5.00 shipping) I would say $35.00. How many miles do you have on yours? City, highway or a mix?

What does that have to do with hand levers? You've managed to confuse me here.
I like to add an update to this thread:
I've got the second set done and I tried a different process which applies an ultrathin coating on the levers that is stronger than you will ever imagine. My company uses this on high wear parts such as motor pulleys and parts that will be sliding against each other with great results. Unfortunately it's quite expensive but I'm getting a break on the price because I know the right people.
I will be sending a set out to Phreak and hopefully he'll be posting his opinion on this new process.
I think I still have my old lever's as well. They are off an 05 wideglide. I can send them to you. Send me an address and I'll mail them out. I have a question, how about doing mirror's? The local powder coater wasn't sure what would happen with the glue when it got baked. So I thought anodizing??
As I described in the PM, anodizing only works on raw aluminum parts. Check the forum for painting chrome. I know some people have tried it but I am unsure about the longevity of the paint on chrome.
