No suggestions for you, but I know they are out there.
I have considered the same thing, mostly something that runs with my lowbeam..... The high beam is plenty bright.
Adjusting the headlight makes a world of difference. Mine was too high and blinded everyone on the low beam and i couldn't see anything but trees on the high beam, i figure the guy that aimed it at the factory was 100 pounds and the bike didn't sag at all.
I installed a set of HD passing lights that I bought off of a member of this forum. The installation was straight forward and not very complicated. The wiring takes a little time to properly install and decide where to hide it, but all in all, a 2 beer, couple of hour job. I also added a small electronic switch that will allow me to use the lights as daytime auxillary lights and at night with the high beam if needed. Everything wires in to wiring harness and uses the stock Hi/Low beam switch so there is no extra switch to get involved with. I have a product review on that part of the Forums. IMO, well worth the extra $40.00 and 1/2 hour of wiring.
Here is a picture with the stock passing lights installed on my 2004 Superglide.
