Default Handle bar references

I have a Super Glide 2006, and I would like to change the handle bar. Ideal position, should be +2 inches higher and +2 inches closer to me. I tried to find a good one in the Harley spare part catalog, but I am lost
Who can tell me the handle bar references (by default) for each Dyna 2006 model (Low rider, Super Glide, Street BoB...) ?

I know what you need. Look in my pictures under my profile. Use your stock handlebars, but change the riser.

That is what I did, also................ 4"upx4"back........... no need to change cables, either.

Thank for your help . New riser is a valid option, but I don't know how to measure the height of the riser. It's seems my original riser is 2" up and 0" back.
Can you confirm that I can replace my default riser by a 4" up and 4" back riser without changing any cable (including speedometer) on my Super Glide Custom ?
What is the Harley reference ?

I used Wild1 miniapes with an 8" rise. Extremly comfortable, but should have gone with 10".
